From the outside inviting gastronomy Also inside really nicely furnished and nice staff We were assured that the dishes are completely homemade (here in particular a hollandaise sauce) We ordered 4 asparagus dishes (3x rump steak, 1 x veal schnitzel) The meat was of very good quality and roasted superbly (to the point for me) The sauce was great too! However, the portions were really very small - 4 stalks of asparagus and 2 boiled potatoes Now we come to the point where I have to say that, unfortunately, we won't be coming back: The asparagus was also of really good quality - but there were a lot of woody asparagus stalks in all dishes. So just badly peeled. And with 4 bars you had 2 bars net to enjoy. We have passed on this criticism and the reaction from the owner is and remains questionable. He just said "well, I'm not in it" We did not ask for a reduction in the bill or for a drink on the house. it was just a hint.

Unintelligible behavior of the host: We stopped on a Moselle tour to four people to eat here. The offer was good, the atmosphere nice. Seasonally we ordered asparagus dishes - 3x with rumpsteak and 1x with veal schnitzel. Good product, perfectly cooked meat - the portions, however, VERY small (4 bars of asparagus and 3 half "Salzkartöffelchen") Why only 2 stars? Because I have never (and I can repeat that: never!), Have served so poorly shaved asparagus - we all have a rather large amount of bowls left on the plate (at 4 bars ...), of which Not to mention the unpleasant feeling of chewing on fibrous trays. We kindly advised the waitress to communicate this in the kitchen - we did not want any replacement, nor a discount - just give a feedback! The host's reaction was ignorant and presumptuous - he did not apologize and just said, "he's not in it" ... sorry, we're not talking about woody asparagus, but about cooking / cooking and / or kitchen gadgets being simple only poorly peeled - sad ... and no second visit worth more.

We were in the Winzerstübchen with 9 people on August 25, 2018. Here is flair and the food is not good but excellent !!!! The best eatery that I know in Brauneberg. My recommendation "Chanterelle cream soup and lamb". The menu also has other delicacies to offer. Highly Recommended.

We called to ask when the kitchen closes, get there on time (with lots of effort) and they were closed. With the the nerve that's our fault, the person in charge didn't even want to talk to me despising me. All surrealistic.

On holiday on the recommendation of our hotel owner there have been eating. Very good recommendation! Great food, great wine, very nice service and also the owner was very friendly. Very nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Cozy atmosphere and nice rooms. The food is very good and all dishes are freshly prepared. The menu is clearly structured and not overloaded. Here you can dine with pleasure with a good drop from their own vineyard.

A small cozy wine bar with very excellent cuisine, good wines and a nice personal service, all at reasonable prices. With the additional seating in fine weather in the showcase a great atmosphere. We felt very well and will definitely be back. A big thank you.
